The Community Leadership program of Licking County has fostered the growth and knowledge of community leaders for nearly 40 years. This interactive 9-month program is designed to strengthen individual leadership skills, as well as expand the knowledge of community challenges, opportunities and resources. The program is a catalyst to identify and develop leaders who will strengthen our community through active engagement and creates a county-wide leadership network of current and former participants. The program is held on the 3rd Friday of each month from September until May. Applications for the program are excepted in June each year.
