Workers Compensation

In Ohio every business with employees is required by law to obtain workers’ compensation insurance coverage. Since Ohio is a monopolistic state all coverage is obtained through the Ohio BWC and rates are set by this State agency. Our program allows employers the ability to reduce their BWC rates by up to 53% through a group rating program, powered by Compensation Solutions Inc. Our Chamber members and affiliates save an average of $3,500 each year by participating in our program.
